unfair treatment

I went to arcadia shoprite last week Wednesday to buy bread and withdraw some cash for transport. I started by asking a cashier to withdraw R100, after the transaction was approved money being taken from my account the till just went off. the cashier told me to wait for 15 minutes maybe the till will produce the slip so that she can give me money. after a while the till was on again but could not produce the slip, she called the frontline manager , who said there is nothing she can do because the money will be back to my bank. I showed them the sms that it was my last money I had I don't have money for transport . the next cashier mocked me said they don't have money themselves and R100 is nothing people lost thousands. I am pregnant my legs were painful because I standing begging them to assist me , it was 18:00 when this happen, until they said I must wait again for the cashier to cash up maybe if she have extra money they will give me. I waited until 19:20. finally they give me R100 but the following morning I was called that money has been reversed to my account and I must come now to sort the issue out. when I check my statement money was not reversed. I was really depressed
