Unfair dismissal

I worked for shoprite for over 5 years and all this time I did everything the managers asked me to do even if it was not part of my contract and the time I started to say no they looked for reason to fair me and yes they did now I can not even go to Ccma cause I believe that that they already buyed the case I need help
