Unfair customer service

This morning 14/03/2026 me and my son went for some shopping at shoprite Moorreesburg, just like any other client we love a special when we see one, we baught some cooldrinks abd while I was at the till to pay for my purchase the very friendly cashier(didnt catch her name), told us about the Darling fruit worx 3liter that was on special for just R20, I obviously wanted to grab that special and was told to wait, they are bringing from the back.

Well one worker came out with 2 apple juice 3l, and we took one, I wanted to wait for the flavour I like since the apple was for my son. We waited like many other customers at the back close to the storage area like we were told, and to all of the customers (and mine), surprise, there were lots of workers there who came out with that particular juice, carrying 4 to 6 at a time for themselves, not worrying about the customers needs at all, not that they ever worry about customer needs at that particular franchise, and we as customer just had to stand and wait and see how the special disapears infront of our eyes. To me as a customer this is called very bad service, what happened to customer service
