Undermined

I went to phumlani mall shoprite , i wanted to order two pieces of fried chicken and some chips from the deli section, i was sidelined as a customer and staff members were given first preference, i ended up not buying and this was supposed to be for a road trip that i was taking . they should just say the deli is for their staff members and let us not bother buying, to be sidelined like that really dented me, or was I undermined as a woman like them
