Underbaked ****ins

We went to Shoprite West Street next to Edgars on the 27 August 2019 to buy some groceries. We bought a bran ****in which was undercooked /half cooked /not risen before baked/it was a dough, which is not the first time we experienced the same thing, we bought mini banana loaf bread with the same problem we had to throw it away. This is very disappointing in such a big company like shoprite giving their customers ******* food. I need compansation on this.
