Unclear Trading Times

Shoprite Newlands mall states online that they open at 8am. The security sitting on his phone, says wait till 8am Go in at 8am the cleaners come and say they open at 9am. There is no signage outside the mall N the rude people don't even listen to you. What pathetic service is this for the community.
