Unacceptable treatment towards elderly people.

On Saturday 12/12/2015 my parents went to Shoprite in Goldman Street Florida, to buy a few supplies, they took longer then usual & to my surprise, they returned home both in shock. It appears that the security guard on duty at the time accused my father of 60 years old, of *****ing glue, he searched the plastic bag my parents had & found a empty glue cart (which my parents had no idea of how it got there). The security guard Moses from the outsourced security company used by Shoprite, Bekanibantu caused a big scene & after searching my father numerous times & not finding anything on, swore at my parents. They told so why did you make a scene when you did not find anything. His response to them was F#@* off. I am not sure as yet what shocked me more, the fact that this incidence occurred or the the fact that this was acceptable by management. The store manager was present & promised to check the video footage but until this stage is conveniently unavailable whenever I phone.
