Unacceptable shocking shopping experience, not just one time but most times

<p>I unfortunately shop at Shoprite Mowbray often as its down the road from the office and convenient to get a few things when needed. The standard and service of this branch is shockingly unacceptable. Today, enough was enough.</p> <p>While walking through the store, I got some underarm and deodorant. From the moment I stood in that aisle, I had the undercover security lady following me like some common ********. She doesn't do a good job of following you undercover and is quite obvious about it. I know she is undercover security as I have had an incident with her a few months back when she accused my colleague of *****ing underarm. Eventually I told her there was no need for her to follow me, I had not ****** anything and had no intention of doing so but this didn't stop her.</p> <p>Blood pressure already high from this irritation (why not follow those people that do *****?), I stood in a queue for over 5 minutes as only 5 tills were open even though the shop was full and the queues going as far back as half way in the aisles. When I get to the till, I'm told cash only. How about mentioning this or putting up a sign? Now I had to go stand at the back of another queue and wait another 5 minutes before I got to the front.</p> <p>Experiences in the past of this store, the staff are most unfriendly and not interested in helping. They are too busy chatting to each other and checking their phones to pay attention to you at the tills. The store is dirty (how does it pass a health inspection test) and a complete mess. I shop often at the Shoprite in Vasco. It's hard to believe it is the same brand. They two stores are worlds about. The Vasco branch is clean and neat. The staff friendly and helpful.</p> <p>Some serious work needs to done at the Mowbray branch. The manager is not the most helpful either.</p>
