Unacceptable service @ Shoprite Cosmo City

<p>I went to buy fat cakes for my 6 year old (this morning the 28th of June) since she loves them. I also bought a few things. The teller was rude and did not pack my parcel in the bag. I was had my 12month old in my hand and couldnt pack for myself. the teller just looked at me and serve the person behind me. the lady that was behind help packed my parcel and some of the fat cakes fell on the floor and the teller was not bothered, she continued doing what she as doing. I stay in cosmo and I will never go back to the cosmo shoprite i would rather go do my groceries in Bryanston where I get the proper/better service I deserve as a customer. The tellers name is Vandiswa or Yandiswa.</p>
