Unacceptable service

It is a great concern that Shoprite in Naledi in Soweto will advertise the service that they are unable to provide. I have noted this with disappointment. On the 25th April 2022, @17h00 I went there to buy few items and asked for R500 cashback, and I was told by the cashier that she doesn't have it, she asked from others and all 3other cashiers did not have it, is it a ****a shop or a big supermarket! This should be corrected and the customers be told that the service is no longer available, I hope this message finds management who will consider the seriousness behind it.
