Unacceptable customer service.

I went in @ Shoprite Ndofaya for my groceries as per normal. I then had to come back to purchase a few things I left behind, 4 items to be specific.

The ques were long & what irritates the most is that there are express tills, but you find people with full trolleys on the que. I tried going to pay @ the Kiosk, unfortunately there was no cashier there because apparently they don't allow customers to pay for few items there.

I then went to one of the express tills. After 5 minutes of waiting on the que, I'm approached by Mpho( till packer) telling me that I must go & que somewhere else as that till is closed. The last customer didn't tell me that the till was closed hence I stood there. The cashier Patronella screamed saying that she's closed & that she has knocked off. I asked for a manager on duty and was told by Mpho the till packer with an attitude that there are many managers on duty. I asked her to give me the names. Then came Noxolo the (Back Admin Manager) chatting with the cashier in front of customers.

The level of service we receive @ Shoprite is not acceptable. From the shop floor to management. There are a lot of people who are unemployed and would appreciate working & giving their best to customers.
