unacceptable customer service

<p> so we had purchsed a kettle from shoprite (cleary park pe) on 30 september 2015,the kettle is giving problems so took it back on 23 august this month,the lady did not even test it,she just lifted the lid and said that the element is burned and they cant change it,we are grown people who use the kettle in our house and will NEVER deliberatly damage the kettle as we take good care of our appliances.I also work in retail and always get CPA thrown in my face,I stil have the dam slip of this kettle and think its not fair that they not replacing it beacuse its not our fault that the kettles quality is not good.its unacceptable customer service.</p>
