Unacceptable customer service

I am utterly frustrated with the Shoprite Bishop Lavis store, the fridges in this store is forever not working. The reps that packs those fridges with cooldrinks advised that they are reporting the faulty fridges to Management but it falls on deaf ears, they switch the fridges back on and 1 day later the same story.There's about 2 fridges thats in working condition and those are reserved for the coca cola brand. The other issue is packers, no packers on month end and sassa dates, the ques are long as the cashier has to perform double duties. Month end and sassa is the busiest time and its mind boggling that there's no cashiers at this time. For one of South -Africa's biggest retail stores this is so unacceptable. This will never be tolerated in more affluent areas, why must we, the people of Bishop Lavis be subjected to this kind of customer service???
