Unacceptable behavior

I went to Shoprite at Sky City on the 28th October 2020 to buy and I went to the bottle store side where I saw a mokardo which was on sale and when I pay the price was more when I advise the consultant she said she doesn’t know and she asked the manager which she gave me an attitude and ask me to go and double check the price which I fail to understand why she didn’t go and confirm what I saw then she said she doesn’t deal with such and said to the consultant can I cry for R10 and laugh about it which I was so frustrated and disappointed with such a behavior and she didn’t have any remorse as I had to go and ask for a branch manager which I felt like nothing and she was still giving the manger an attitude. The brand manager apologized for the behaved but the said part is on the 26th I went again to buy and say behavior occurred where the price was not changed and when we go to pay the consultant advise that the price is not the same which what we saw then the same manager came to tell me that what I saw has expired and she didn’t bother to apologize and left me there...
