unable to use shoprite stamps

I buy shoprites stamps as a method of saving to buy in bulk at the end of the year.. I was however told I am not allowed to use these stamps at house and home, which is part of the group. No one can tell me why, but I have immediately stopped buying these stamps if I am not allowed to use it at H and H, forget having me as a customer to any of your affiliates. I would now buy grocery at P&amp

Hello adelem,

Thank you for taking the time to contact the Shoprite supermarket chain.

We are sorry to hear of your experience when wanting to tender your Shoprite stamps for a purchase at House & Home. Shoprite savings stamps may only be tendered for payment of purchases made at Shoprite, Checkers, U-Save and LiquorShop stores. This is disclosed in the terms and conditions document provided within the stamp booklet.

In conclusion I would like to thank you for the opportunity to clarify the matter.

Kind regards
Devon Currie
