Umgeni road Shoprite: Emmanuel Padayachee very rude

I went to Umgeni branch to return rotten 7kg of potatoes that my husband bought from Berea road, I was advised by the customer care to return it to my nearest branch, Emmanuel Padayachee a manager that took too long to assist me, I told him that I am rushing to work he said he already called Berea road manager and they do not sell rotten stock in their branch so he can not take those potatoes back, I asked him what must I do with the potatoes he said he doesnot know what must I do, i told him customer care said I must come to the branch they will assist me, he made me look like I am a fool how can I go back home with a rotten bag of potatoes wasting my time and petrol. I am worried is this the type of service that customer receivefrom this branch everyday?
