***ual Harassment

On the 10th August 2016 round about 15:15pm i was with my partner at shoprite 120 End street in Johannesburg. My partner was in a queue to money market and i was the other queue to play lotto. It was my partners turn to go to the till and when she just passed the security just before the door he then started calling my girlfriend names like "Mapakisha" and also doing sign languages to the other security unaware that she is with me and i immediately called the security guy and told him that what he is doing it's disrespectful to my woman and to me also. And he said "ngine skhwela esidinayo" ("i have a annoying jealousy") and i said to him I'll report him to his manager if he doesn't apologize then he said i can go report him. I went to to the Shoprite office to look for the manager and i explained to him what his employee did. The manager called the security guy and asked him what happened and he said he was dancing and the manager asker asked the security guy if he's hired to dance? And he kept quite then the manager asked the security guy to apologize and he said he's sorry but if i want to take further step i can do so. And i told him that there's a camera at the door to show what he did. And he told me that he have lawyers. Then they called the branch manager and they explained all that to him and the branch manager told him that he has no right to tell me that i can take further step if i want to he must just apologize then he refused and started threatening us including the branch manager telling us that he's from Natal he won't loose his job due to the customers. Then he said he will shoot us and starting to force himself in the office pointing us with fingers calling my partner "sfebe" ( a *****) and telling us he will wait for us outside in front of the branch manager and his colleagues and other customers as the offices are just near the till points. We were inside the office and afraid to leave the store because we feared for our lives. The brand manager Mr Temba, called the security gard bosses Mr Thabo and the cops too. Meanwhile we waiting for the security guy called his other friend inside the store to sport us and he told him to attack us when we leave the store. We got even more scared and finally the security company owner came and attended the issue. He listened to the both stories and he started apologising on behalf of the security guy. And he deeply emphasized how sorry he was. Apparently it is not the first time this security guy get involved in bad behavior during his working hours and he recently pointed the other customer with his gun. They then disarmed him and asked him to apologize but he still refused to admit what he did. My partner was on her dates ( menstruation) and due to the fact that we couldn't leave the office she ended up bleeding on herself. Later we were released and the police did not come to take our statements because I wanted to open a case against this security guy. Later when we got home i called my partners parents to let them know about the incident because my partner stays with me because she attend at the University of Johannesburg which is closer to where i stay hense she stays with me and we normally shop at shoprite because it is closer to us. At this point we are threatened by the security guy whom the Shoprite and customers rely upon him for safety. My worry is that we fear to go to any shoprite and my partner couldn't sleep at night after this incident as she is traumatized she is even scared to pass there to go to school and to be alone at home. I am now got to spend my money and time to take my partner to trauma councilling. This has really affected us because she fell ashamed of herself after bleeding on herself it caused her a huge embarrassment. Please assist in ways i can handle this matter.
