u could swear he was protecting a ***** not a staf

I went to shoprite yesterday in the evening to purchase a few items i needed in the house. I went to pay at the kiosk since there were long unmoving qs on the floor. After my purchase i asked the lady to give me airtime as well. and she said she did not have it with attitude. I asked if the store does not have airtime or maybe if her till does not have it. she said all her tills have but not hers. i asked if im supposed to q again for that can she not ask someone to sell it to me and she said no. I went to report it to a buy who said her was the store manager and he rudely said if they don't have it there is nothing he can do. There was a lady in-front of him who works there as well who tried to explain what i was saying but he just ignored both me and her. eventually told him i will report this and you could see her is not bothered . i know nothing is being done about our complains but i know word of mouth is very important and everyone is complaining about the service at this shoprite. they forget there are plenty of grocery stores to choose from. The lady following me said these must be *****s, you should have seen how they were busy laughing together. when you report this ask
