Typical cashier, horrible customer service, rude!

At the Sophiatown Shoprite the cashier tells me the electricity system is offline. I need this to be investigated. I'm tired of these stupid lines used as an excuse for incompetence. When u expressed displeasure she tells me it's not her problem, it's my problem, I must sort it out with Eskom. How are these people hired? Do you just get any unemployed citizen and put them of a chair? Is there any customer service training done? She creates a seen upon which I approach the manager who's not even interested to look up at me when I go to her. How are these people hired? Time of the incedent was around 18h25-30. I'm waiting for an the outcome of this investigation.
