I went to shoprite(Gold Spot Shopping centre in vosloorus) to use the money market service, I waited in a queue for 20mins and when it was my turn the last there told me she doesn't have money but she will ask her supervisor to ask other cashiers, I waited 10mins for that to happen while she was assisting other customers then she called her supervisor and told her she needs someone to assist me with withdrawing money,the supervisor continued with she was doing and I waited another 10mins, the girl saw I was getting irritated she reminded the supervisor, the supervisor asked the cashiers,1 cashier said she will check and I waited about 25mins while no one was assisting me,i asked the girl what's going on she ask her supervisor, the supervisor asked the lady again and the lady said "she didn't ask me again so I thought you got your money" talking to me, I had to wait till she had enough money while people got served and finally 20mins later she got the money and when she assisted me and found out it was a capitec withdrawal, they told me they cannot assist me because the system freezes everytime they withdraw capitec,so I waited 1 hr 35 mins and I wasn't assisted, left there angry because everyone continued with their job, no one bothered to apologize for this.. Please teach your stuff customer service.
