****TY ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM SHOPRITE SECURITY GUARDS

Today at 15h01 I called Shoprite Mfuleni, Wersten Cape. To ask what time they were closing as it was a public holiday. The lady who answered said at 17h00. I then around 15h45 drove to the store, as its not far.

Just before 16h00 I was at the door it was closed, with people still inside.

I approached the security guard that was at the door opening for people to go out, indisbelief, I asked what time did they close as I had called in to ask when will they close, and was told at 5pm.

He told me to check the operating times pointing at the door where its writted, stupid enough, its written Mon - Fri 08h30 -18h30

And he asked who did you speak to so I can ask him to come open for you , as I was telling him I didnt ask the persons name he slamed the door in my face.

I do not appreciate this kind of service and behaviour, more especially the secirity guard that dismissed me without any explanation.

I had wasted my airtime, my time and my petrol and for me to go ruin my whole day, with someone giving me a ****ty attitude.

We might reside in the location but we still need to be treated as valued customers..
