Trolleys unavailability

I bought 2.5kg Super Maize meal at shoprite in Vosloorus Chris Hani Crossing today and as I was unpacking it I found worms, bugs, moths, weevil, there was just Infestations. The best before date: 19 Jun 2023 K L1 Manufacturing: 19 Jun 2022 12:56

What's worse is that there were no trolleys for me to carry my groceries. Even when I went in the store I looked for the trolleys only to find baskets only and those things are not allowed to leave the store... you can imagine my frustration. Having to carry those heavy groceries in plastics. I even left my groceries with the cashier to look for it and still no trolleys available and on my way back a customer told me it is always like that... There should be a personnel responsible for making sure that trolleys are available at all times. Imagine all those grannies carrying far more heavy groceries to take a taxi almost 500m away. That was my first and last time I visit that store... I've never experienced anything like that with other shoprite.
