Trolley guys need to be trained as well

I have never been treated like this ever that I ended up not doing any shopping at all. I was treated awefully by the Shoprite trolley guys at Dawnpark, when I was about to enter Shoprite I realised that I left my purse in the car, and the trolley guys without even a greeting or asking me where I'm taking the trolley started shouting at me, and demanded the trolley back, at that moment I was carrying my 2yr old baby when I told him that I'm going to fetch my purse in the car, he continued to shout at me stating that I'm making their job difficult, I gave him the trolley and ended up going back home without purchasing anything, because he had completely ruined my shopping experience.
