Tribalism towards customers and bad customer service

Shoprite lotus garden Pretoria West, is the worst when it comes to customer service, I went the on Saturday, it was full with noone to direct us on where to stand when we wanted to pay. I had only 6items and I went through to the kiosk to pay, the lady a kiosk started shouting at me telling me I should go back and stand at any line and wait my turn or she will not serve me. She was rude. The day before yesterday I was the to buy monthly groceries, a trolley full and there were no till Packers I had to pack everything myself.. it's filthy items on the floor no help when you need help in the aisles and tribalism. If you don't speak their language they have an attitude and comments
