Treated like second class citizens

On Monday evening at exactly 19:29:43, my mother and I were finally at a till after waiting in line for almost 15 minutes at Protea Glen Mall Shoprite. We approached a till where the rudest lady just sat and looked at us and didn't even tell us we could approach the till after we saw her only activating the till at that time. We had to guess that she's ready to tend to us. We greeted her and she just looked at us with an attitude and just kept quiet. We then asked for her to check the balance on the SASSA card we had and she did that with the upmost attitude. She completed the request and gave me the slip. My mother and I were also planning on withdrawing from the till so we didn't move. She then called another customer while we stood waiting for her to attend to us. She purposefully called another customer while we were still standing at the till and we were pushed to the side. I then requested to make a withdrawal and she looked at us with more disgust and attitude and just said "no asinayo". Had she attended to us with patience she could have informed us that all that she could do is a price check and nothing else. We were treated with such disrespect and she clearly looked bored and irritated by her job. Her name is Nandipha Mapfumari. Shoprite please attend to your employees, the treatment we receive at Shoprite Protea Glen is not right
