Treated like dirt

13th October early morning, I went to shoprite in a hurry before work. I needed a few items and cigarettes. I waited in the long que only to be told I must buy my smokes at the kiosk. I went to the kiosk only to be told I can only buy two items and I had four, which is understandable but they had just sent me there aftwr waiting in a long que. They then made me swipe my card twice as they refused to let me pay quick and they refused to give me a packet for my stuff and then they threw it in the packet and squashed my rolls. The cashier then continued to give me dirty looks and was so rude. I have never in my life experienced such pathetic and disgusting service I am horrified that companies as big as shoprite allow people like that to work there. I know for sure I will much rather walk further and go to pick n pay then to ever step foot in that place again.
