Treat with disrespect

I uploaded their specials on whatsapp as they suggested on their store's but when i went to kagiso mall shoprite they denied to sell me what saw for special...then when i called the manager Nikki she told me it doesn't apply in their store...then i phoned customer service then they told Nikki that on the whatsapp its saying that but they still refused to give the special to me...i felt so little and crazy cause they made me feel like I cant read what i got from their whatsapp...i will never buy from shoprite anymore cause i was treated unfairly as a client and I'll always not recommend any shoprite to anyone anymore...I'm heart broken as i always buy from shoprite
