Treat customers with respect

Good morning The I'll treatment we get from Soshanguve crossing is totally out of hand.The bakery staff including management treats us like trash.They displayed their bread time table on when will get the R5 bread but they make us to wait hours from 8am until 10 don't care even about the queue.When ever you ask when will the bread will come out all you get is a bad attitude.They forget that they were employed to service us and they are the because of us but they think because we are buying a cheap bread ? they think we are poor.

Why can't they just remove the bread time table and do as they please because clearly they don't have customer service at heart.They only bake early when it suits them what is the reason for us to wait 3 hours for bread . please find a solution to this situation were are not buying the bread because we want to but because we can't afford the expensive one if people are tired just resign and let the people who want to work do the job.
