TREAT CUSTOMERS VERY BAD

Hi good day

This is the worse service ever received ,after receiving calls from the manager that was utterly rude to my wife , to area managers calling and saying he will call me back after investigating,it's been 3 weeks now and I have not received a call back from them,I received another call from a agent that said they will get back to me because the ticket was still open ,is this how you treat your customers ? After not allowing us to use your trolleys in the store and there fore letting my pregnant wife have to carry heavy bags that fall out her hand ? Everytime somebody call me i get told they will call me back and never do , this is extremely bad service and I refuse to let it go! I've been taking time out if my busy schedule to take calls from agents and managers that just tell me they going to call me back again ,which they never do!! This is a serious matter! I've sent Times and Dates of when the scenario occured so they can check the cameras, if you can treat customers like this I can only imagine how you treat your staff, I will not let this go as the situation could have caused serious hurt to my wife and unborn child!! Empty promise by agents and managers,that lie and DEFINITELY LOST MY TRUST!! I WILL NEVER EVER PUT MY FOOT IN WESTRIDGE SHOPRITE AGAIN
