Transaction error

I went to Shoprite for groceries at Midway mall in Durban on the 26th of February, when i was at the till point to pay my transaction wasn't processed but money was deducted from my account. So i spoke to the manager and she said it will be reversed back into my account with less than an hour. Till today my money hasn't been reversed and I've been waiting for quite long now.
