Train your staff

Shoprite stores whenever you are serviced by their staff, you would swear they all come from the same parents. My humble request and advise is that you provide thorough Training ie. Communication and also how to exercise patience when dealing with customers. This will help to deal with the attitude which we customers are subjected to. You need to concentrate more on those in the townships. I have decided not to reveal much about my shopping experience because I felt I also needed to be more considerate of the fact that some young ladies you employed are dependant on the salary you pay them. I'm also considerate of the little kids they are raising hence I'm offering this friendly advice.
