Traffic fine payments not reflecting

I am highly annoyed that payments made for four traffic fines in the month of July 2018 have not reflected at the relevant municipalities. I have send transaction slips to the municipalities and they cannot find the payments. Totalling an amount of R2000.00. I want my money refunded to me so i can pay at the bank. I will not have sherrifs and warrants issued because of your inadequacy.
