Trading Hours

Went to Shoprite Glenridge ext 16 to buy bread and it was at round about 7:50 pm and found the doors closed and according to their trading hours it says they close at 8:00 pm. I then showed the guard at the door the time and asked why are the doors closed as it contradicts their trading hours and she just showed her watch and I also showed her the time on my phone which at that time it was 7:57 pm, and the guard left me at the door and walked away. I then asked to speak to the manager which the African male guard assisted me and asked his colleagues to call the manager which he came back me and said the managers are I. The cash office. Whilst I was still puzzled by this a gaurd by the name of Sibongile came to the gentleman who was assisting me and told him to leave me alone because the store is closed. I would have have appreciated to speak to the manager and let him /her explain to me as to why is the store closing early. I was made to feel like an idiot as staff was looking at me strange, you could see from their facial expression. The bottom line is the manager refuses to come and account and sent a security supervisor to address me and I wanted to be addressed by her I would have asked to speak to her, I was told if you want to complaint come back tomorrow and complain. So they expected me to be happy.
