Trading floor use as a storeroom

What a terrible experience when shopping at this store, container trolley's stack in the isles, you must first remove the heavy container trolley to reach the product on the shelf, when questioned it I was told no space in the store, but I don't think this will happen at other stores in the town areas, is it because it is a rural area and they don't care for their customers, I wonder how top management Wil feel if they shop here
