TOTALLY HUMILIATION AND SHOPRITE DOES NOTHING.

<p>In all the years I have been a patron of Shoprite I have never ever been as disgusted furious angry as I have ever been in my life. My family and I have been frequenting the Shoprite Park in Parow Cape Town, when I say my family I mean my wife, 4 kids and I. On average each month we spend nothing under R3500 for grocercies in the establishment and this is the reason what transpired today is so unbelievably ridiculous. My wife went shopping today as we normally would do to do our monthly shopping she went through entire shop completed the shopping finished paid and then confronted by a "security guard" and I use that term loosely as the guy gives security guards a bad reputation. The person namely Juddy treated my wife like a common ******** and please bare in mind this is after she just paid for our groceries of 3200, accusing her of taking a face wash inside the shop as he says that the box the face wash was in was empty, please understand at no point did he show the empty box of face wash that my wife was accused of taking and neither the footage. She was accused of putting the face wash in her bag which was search which revealed nothing, SO LADY WE ACCUSED YOU OF TAKING THE FACEWASH AND PUTTING IN YOUR BAG AND ITS NOT THERE, LETS FORGET ABOUT THE TROLLEY OF STUFF YOU HAVE YOU MUST BE HIDING THE FACE WASH BOTTLE IN THE TIGHTS WITH THE CROP TOP YOU WEARING COVERING IT. I appeal to you sense of morality they made my wife remove her tights obviously she resquested female security guards to continue but the male Juddy kept on trying to enter the room telling the female guards she must have pushed it up her REALLY. At no time was Shoprite management present or called so these people have full carte balanch to treat loyal patrons like THINGS it's a SHOPRITE managed by SHOPRITE how can this have happened. Surely a company like Shoprite have professional security companies to the secuirty for them. IF YOU ACCUSE SOMEONE OF PUTTING SOMETHING BAG AND YOU SEARCH THE BAG AND FIND NOTHING IT CLEARLY MEANS YOU ARE WRONG IF YOU WANTED TO SEARCH SOMETHING TRY THE TROLLEY CAUSE THE CLOTHING WORE FOR GYM CLOTHES DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO HIDE ANYTHING DOES IT. ****** PERVERTS HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE, YOU DO FIND THE ITEM AFTER YOU STRIP SEARCH PATRON CHECK THE BAGS AND THEN STILL MAKE THEM PAY FOR SOMETHING THEY CLEARLY DONT HAVE. REALLY THIS IS MOST RIDICULOUS THINGS EVER THEN WHEN I CONFRONT A SHOPRITE MANAGER THEY CALLED JUDDY SO CALLED MANAGER WHO TO BE HONEST LACKS THE ABILITY TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE ESPECIALLY NOT CONSUMER FACING. ALL THE SHOPRITE MANAGEMENT SAID WAS WE ARE SORRY....... REALLY WE ARE SORRY HOW DOES THIS CHANGE THE HUMILATION, EMABARASSMENT </p>
