Took to long to Receive service. All because of bad attitude!!!

I had bought a box of ritebrand fat free milk( incorrect choice) at shoprite Taung earlier in the evening and I thought I should return it to buy a correct one which is full cream milk and which I did. Upon my arrival I went to the front control officer, ms thandi mokgojele to assist me. She then told me to go and put back the wrong choice of milk and pick the right one, unbeknown to her I also wanted to buy some few things as well. After doing that, I queued up at the till to get assistance for both purchasing and exchange only to be ridiculed by another employee called Malebogo, whom asked where was the box of milk I was returning, I told her I left it at the isle as per order from ms thandi. She then stood there not assisting and saying ms thandi is in the toilet. Standing from the till I saw ms thandi coming down the stairs, she stood next to Malebogo, instead of Malebogo making ms thandi aware of my problem, she stood there cold and with bad attitude while chit chatting and laughing about.my problem to other employees. I had to scream at the top of my lungs to get both their attention and it was only then I received help after standing at the till too to long and tired.
