Tonk Meter staff insulted me

I have never haf such horrible customer sevice anywhere so much that the staff says "***sekkk" to i was so angry i wanted to slept her thanks to the security that stopped me, today i visited Shoprite at Tonk meter in Springs, i went to the shoprite liquor as per my card extra saving card ad purchased some product's and put them in my bag and because i needed some flour and oil, i proceeded to the store parcel where i met this lady working there i didn't get here name and i give my bag to the lady and the lady says "what must i do with this no alcohol is allowed here" and i said well what must i do because i need to get some stuff can i take it in like you advised yesterday 13/03/2034 (the lady was workimg there yesterday as well) SHe replies and says "angingeni ndawo lapho mina" i queried why not because yesterday shes the very same one that said i must go in with the liquor shop product's and she replies "yey ayifuni mina leyo hambo buza ku security" i was perplexed by the attitude and wording from the lady and i said "thats why they put you out here you customer service really sucks" and i decide to go home and leave her there, as i walk away almost by the Capitec ATM she says "hai hamba futsek" i got mad and turned around and asked her why she says FUTSEK to me a wave a slap because i couldn't hit her and she decides to hit me back i held the hand she was trying to hit me with and asked again why do you say FUTSEK to me the short light skinned security guard came and separated us which coco comp**** and asked the security guard why is she saying FUTSEK to me he just apologised and requested i should not attack a lady, i simply walked away i could not believe the attitude and insult i endured which was still not explained to me why, l drove home so angry how can you have such conduct from your employees i would have of ignored her saying "hayi hamba" what was the FUTSEK for? how do you employ such people, i buy at shoprote Tonk meter everyday you can check my Xtra savings card and only left parcels these past 2 days, can you move this parcel counter lady to another store maybe her attitude towards customers would change
