Today I phoned Vericred Collection Credit Bureau, still asking about this matter as they sent the statement of this money, they confirmed that my name is there, I phoned Shoprite, still asking why my name is in creditors, she said they are going to write off on July end, I told her its been 4 years why are they doing this and she said why am I just asking that now? Seemingly there is no remorse they are doing this purposely. That was rudeness, they must let me know what happened
