Toby's USAVE released my money without requesting proof of ID

I send R1000 using money market transfer and it was drawn at Toby's USAVE bara.

Toby's USAVE BARA gave someone the money without requesting their ID.

I went there with my ID proving to then I am the one who sent the money but they gave my money transfer to someone without requesting the ID.

They are unable to provide me with the ID number or date of birth of the person they gave the money to.

I didn't know shoprite releases money transfer without proof of identification
