To whom it may concern

on Thursday, the 20th of March 2025. I was humiliated by the store manager Thomas Maswanganyi, In Pretoria Gardens Mall, who called me to the office and expressed disappointed in me and falsely accused me of theft. This incident happened last month on the 21st of February but they decided to bring this issue now. I was humiliated in front of my colleagues and customers. A customer came and gave me a gift, which I used that gift to purchase the cold drink after processing the refund. They didn't want to hear my side of the story , and they called the police for me. Apparently the police didn't found anything wrong that I've done and they didn't make any action. My name is Shirley Ngobeni I'm a supervisor at Shoprite Protea Gardens Mall, in Soweto.
