To much noise

I was at shoprite Dlamini junction just now,l understand its Heritage day but the noise at this shop from the radio and staff it was just to much.it was as if l'm at a tarven. A till operate named Thembekile was so distracted that she even forgot that she must help us. When it was my turn to pay l said to her d'nt you think its too loud in here,she rep**** " the manager told them.to do so" l was like really she said yes. There must be a difference between a tarven and a grocery store
