Tired of abandoning my trolley

There needs to be an extreme culture and mindset change. The differences between the shoprites in the suburbs and the shoprite in the township, cannot be THAT blatant. The ques are endless. You can't buy at the kiosk (I still don't know why), even if you have 1 item like last night. You have to crawl through people to get to the exit. The tellers are not a friendly bunch, its as if they are doing me a favour. You que forever only to get to the cashier and be told its a 'cash only till, the signs are seated on the grocery table and not high up so customers can see. Tills are kept closed even though the ques are long and you dare not complain for victimisation from both the staff and believe it or not customers (like yesterday, because even in the customer's mind this is the norm. My boyfriend got so upset with me because he says I should be used to it by now. ...surely that isn't right?
