Good day I had a bad experience with a cashier at Shoprite, Atteridgeville Plaza. I wanted to withdraw cash but to her arrogance and attitude she point blank refused to assist me stating that I must look for change myself as she has no change for the amount of money I wanted to withdraw. I even asked her to ask her supervisor and other cashier but she refused.

She even assisted other customers before she helped me .

Her name is Tintswalo Mathebula. May something be done of her actions.
