Time wasting

Tried paying a traffic fine at money market was told I can't pay it there but when you check the ticket it say it can be paid at an ShopRite even you you google it...the lady Maletsema told me I need to go to post office when I advised her that it can be paid at ShopRite not sure if your staff needs training or you need to advise the department to remove ShopRite from their payment options...m angry for standing in the line for nothing....
