Till packer

I am very disappointed with the service I got from Shoprite in Vosloorus Naledi Mall. I get there to do my shopping quickly but have to stand for a long time in the queue because there are no till packers. Does that mean we get to pack our own groceries or should I bring my own packer next time I come shopping. You will never get to Checkers and find that there r no packers or is it because we are black we dont deserve good service?

Now the cashier has to do 2 jobs being a cashier and packing. Is this how u Treat your workers, overworking them and than expect them to serve your customers with energy.

This is disgusting you will never see such things happening in the saburbs
