tickets bought at shoprite

<p>I bought two tickets at shoprite naledi mall vosloorus on the 3th June 2017. After purchasing the tickets I was told that there was a printer problem so I could not get my tickets the same day was told to go and try Shoprite Chris hani mall where I was told the same ptinter story. I have been going to Shoprite for the past 4 days but still no help I am told that the system is still down and they don't know when it will be up and running and there is nothing they can do to help me, what I want to know is who is suppose to help me cause I payed my money at shoprite they should have plans in hand for such situations rather than shift blaming I want my tickets the concert is in a weeks time. </p>
