Thuliswa an unprofessional and disgusting cashier at Shoprite Khayelitsha mall

For all my entire life I never thought I would lodge a complaint about a disgusting and stinking attitude i received from a cashier today.

Today I went to Shoprite to draw money using Capitec cash send. The shop wasn't full. I decided to choose one of the express tills. While i was standing in the line, I saw this pathetic cashier by the name Thuliswa. I was the 3rd person on the line, because I know the hustle when one draws cash sometimes the cashiers are not allowed to keep huge amounts on their tills and that results to them not having enough cash. As I was standing on the line. I saw 2 customers paying cash and its exactly the R700 I need. After these 2 customers left I decided to go this unprofessional lady by the name Thuliswa. First thing when arrived at her till I greeted and she responded passively. I then told her I would like to draw R700. Her responds was I don't have. I responded supposedly "What do you mean? I saw 2 customers paying with cash and it exacts to the same R700. " she laughed and said I don't have money on my till. I decided to give her a benefit of a doubt, i then said "Can you please ask your supervisor to check for you" she refused and called the next customer. Bear in mind am in a rush. Now I must wait for another customer whereas I arrived first. What a inconvenience! While i was waiting, I decided to ask her name. She rep****, Thuli. Bear in mind she is not even wearing a name tag.I called her supervisor myself after seeing am not getting anywhere with this girl. I explained to Nontembeko the same situation. What a sweet lady.She didn't hesitate to take my query she acted speedily on this complaint. As a person who understands customer service, she then instructed her to assist. Big up to her.

While this is happening Thuliswa is caring as if there is nothing wrong and what she has done,no remorse nor an apology. I don't know is this a new norm with Shoprite. Its so unfortortunate the manager by the name Thozama was not around as she was doing some errands.

this is a huge concern and I shall put it out there so that such individuals are known how pathetic and unprofessional cashiers shoprite has.
