This store is poorly managed

This store is poorly managed. Customers are treated poorly, no stock whilst running certain promotions, and almost always they do not have cash. The few banks in the area are closed down, or people are not able to draw cash and therefore opt to get their cash in store and to no avail. Management and staff seems to have a culture of doing customers a favor. Totally unacceptable. I am so pleased that you have this new platform as my complaint has been coming along for months and no change. It's totally unacceptable to have the very same issues month after month. They appear to be lookin for reasons not to assist rather than putting the customer first. I truelly hope that this is escalated beyond store level as they will find ways to hide the complaints.
