Stood in queue for 20 minutes , get to till cashier tells all her friends in another language to go to the till next door , because her till is faulty , not a word in english or afrikaans to me , so I end up at the back of the queue again , Ruth refused to call the manager and treated me with disdain and absolute disrespect , worst shop ever , pathetic service and attitude towards customers , floor staff couldnt even give me the complaints number , eventually wrote it down on a disgusting torn off piece of paper and gave it to me after searching for it on a packet which a packer handed her , how does she hold a frontline job ????
