They refuse to pay , they say i must take leave instead

<p>I work for shoprite at Diepsloot mall as a casual worker , i have been working there since 2015</p> <p>They write a schedule for us to know when i must be and work , and off days</p> <p>They only pay days that i have worked every week</p> <p>But to my suprice i have been scheduled to work for the past three weeks but i didn’t get my salaries for that three weeks when i enquire our sales Manager Edmond Serome says , the cant pay me instead i must take three weeks leave . This was not our agreement when they hire me</p>
